A fully equipped camp kitchen has solar power for lighting and a fridge, a gas cooker, open fire, 1,100L water tank and sink and benches. Nearby is a composting toilet with 3000L water tank and a gas shower.
An outdoor fire bath is set amongst rocks and trees.

The total amount of water tank capacity for this habitation zone is approximately 91,000L.

Two beehives and bee-keeping equipment is available for the buyer who would like them.

There are several walking tracks on the property. One takes you to the top of the Diamond Ridge overlooking the ocean and joins with a fire trail that leads into Bicheno (about an hour’s walk), another track goes to the Apsley River where there is a small campsite with fireplace and access to large private swimming pools surrounded by virgin bush. A third track traverses the ridge through bushland of grasstrees (Xanthhorea Australia) and endangered Eucalyptus barberi.
